PoliciesLike all large gatherings of people (or any other critter), we've realised that some "rules" must be set out to facilitate the smooth operation of the event and to keep upsets to a minimum. That said, please be aware of and abide by the following: Make-up - If removing make-up at the hotel, please make use of the supplied paper towels instead of the fabric ones. Cosmetics and glitter are sometimes hard to remove from toweling and other fabrics even in a commercial laundry facility. This also applies to falling in bed.... Body paint and sheets sometimes decide to remain fast friends. :-( Please keep your hotel costs to a minimum by using common sense. Delivery pizza, etc. - You gotta be kidding! The hotel has a wonderful restaurant and you have a kitchenette in your room to boot. What do you need with ....? Blades - Peace ties are required as a gentle reminder that if it's drawn irresponsibly, you're gone! Skyclad - Fine as long as it's in your room. :-) No bare bums (or anything else) in any public or convention space and not outside, either. (That last may seem obvious because of the event date being in February but we've been known to have unseasonably warm weather this time of year....
