As you just read on the previous page, there are two types of membership - Full ($20/year) and Associate ($10/year) - and the only difference between them is that newsletters go out to Full Members but not to Associate Members. Associates can opt to receive Membership Directory updates and By-Laws updates. All members have equal voting rights (one member = one vote regardless of number of offices held).

Paid memberships receive access to the guild's private area on Yahoo and a packet containing the current By-Laws, a Membership Directory, and a guild badge pin (and, if off-line, hardcopy Member Info Sheet and Book and Video Inventory forms), at a meeting or by return mail. The Member Info Sheet (or its online equivalent) must be returned for data inclusion in the next directory.
Ongoing benefits include a newsletter subscription and a voice in guild events and other decisions.
