Portland Costume Symposium - Masquerade

For those who have never been to a fantasy or science fiction convention, "Masquerade" means, in essence, a costume competition. Frequently, competitors will have some sort of short skit worked up, as well, to "explain" or to better show off their work.
There will be a Masquerade if there is sufficient interest and/or sufficient membership to warrant it as the lighting, sound system, stage risers, etc., can get pricey. Our apologies for the uncertainty of this but at this point in planning, we just don't know yet.
